Test Engineer

Job Description:

Work under close direction and supervision of Quality Manager to design, implement, improve and update test plans and troubleshooting procedures and set up function & system tester’s network; perform testing on board level, sub-assembly system and system level, conduct failure mode and effect analysis on defective products; conduct incoming inspection and establish criteria for acceptance; conduct internal quality audits, incoming and outgoing quality; participate in product testing and release to production process and facilitate prototype test process.


Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering; 3 month experience in job offered or as Jr. Test Engineer Assistant.



Manufacturing Engineer 

Job Description:

· Perform all aspects of Manufacturing Engineering activities with regard to Product build/Design for Manufacturability.

· Responsible for transitioning hardware products from prototyping into manufacturing.

· Work with customer to assure products meet industry standards to design for manufacturability and design for test.

· Develop PCB assembly process to assure products are built to high standards of quality while meeting cost objectives.

· Assure products are built to specification and assists in resolving technical issues.

· Develop and define manufacturing processes.

· Support documentation management system and ECO implementation.

· Work with Program Management and other supporting team to assist in the creation release and implementation of ECNs as well as assure revision consistency between the ERP and manufacturers systems.

· Generate MPI documents for production.

· Design manufacturing tooling for quick turnaround manufacturing environment.

· Support the creation of manufacturing quote.

· Provide support to management in terms to continuous improvement.

· Participate in root cause analysis for any defect products.


· B.S. in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

· Minimum 3 years of PCBA Manufacturing experience, performing both hands on and management roles in the field of hardware products such as printed circuit assemblies and mechanical chassis assemblies.

· Strong technical and analytical skills.

· Knowledge of industry best practice for design for manufacturability and testability.

· Ability to work with manufacturing from both an advisory and development role.

· Full understanding of product costing as it relates to manufacturing process selection.

· Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques.

· Operational knowledge of SMT processes and procedures, including PCB layout and fabrication, DFT, and DFM.



MIS Engineer

Job Duties and/or Responsibilities:

•Serve as IT Engineer in a production environment. Provide day-to-day support for ERP systems to ensure smooth business operations.  

•Solid DBA skills, setting up and administering databases. Responsible for database backup recovery and automation. Manage/build/design SQL Server databases.

•Experience with report development using Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and/or Microsoft Visual Studio.

•Microsoft IIS, SQL and Windows Web Development system development experience required.  Must be skilled in ASP.NET / VB.NET and Microsoft SQL Programming for application development and maintaining existing programs.

•Window server administration and hardware storage setup.

Education and/or Experience:

•Master’s degree in MIS, CS and 4+ years’ related working experience.

•3+ years of ERP system experience. (Fourth Shift, Epicor…)

•3+ years of relational database administrator experience. (SQL 2000, 2005, 2008)

•Excellent programming skills writing SQL and ASP codes and using Microsoft Visual Studio.

•Familiar with window server and hardware storage.

•Good interpersonal skills a must.
